Client Relationship Management :
- Be the primary PoC for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and market landscape to provide strategic recommendations.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Client Advisory and Engagement :
Comprehend clients' needs and priorities within the delivery team, ensuring their feedback and inputs are heard and expectations are met.Educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and new opportunities to enhance their digital presence and achieve their goalsOffer strategic guidance and innovative solutions to drive business growth by creating Upsell and Cross Sell opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among internal teams (Paid Media, Organic Growth, Analytics, Social Media, ORM, CRO, Marketing Automation, Influencer Marketing etc.) to deliver unified experience.Lead cross-functional meetings to align strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts for maximum impact.Bridge gaps between teams to ensure a unified approach to client projects and campaigns.Strategic Planning and Execution :
Work closely with clients to define marketing objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with clients' business objectives.Monitor campaign performance, analyze performance indicators, and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.Performance Monitoring :
