Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of projects.
• Understand client briefs thoroughly and collaborate with the creative team to ensure outputs meet expectations.
• Be actively involved in conceptualising and strategising campaigns along with the strategy and creative teams.
• Present and sell creative concepts, strategies, and campaign ideas to clients with confidence and clarity.
• Anticipate client needs, propose innovative ideas, and ensure alignment between client expectations and creative execution.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to inform strategies.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring adherence to commitments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, aiming for high satisfaction and repeat business.
