We work with global clients to deliver impactful conferences, exhibitions, and corporate experiences. We are looking for a dynamic Client Service Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

Role Overview

The Client Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient execution of events, and delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in event management and the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong client relationships.

Understand client requirements and ensure flawless execution of events and marketing activities.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, creative, operations, logistics) for event planning.

Assist in organizing and executing international IT conferences , corporate events, and marketing campaigns.

Prepare event timelines, budgets, and project reports.

Handle vendor coordination, venue bookings, and on-ground event supervision.

Support corporate routing and ensure all client expectations are met on time.

Address client feedback and provide solutions proactively.

Maintain documentation, client briefs, and event summaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Event Management , Client Servicing, or Marketing Services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end event operations.

Good understanding of corporate events, exhibitions, and conference management.

Knowledge of vendor management and on-ground event execution.

Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
