Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Associate, located in Pune. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience. This role involves building strong client relationships, delivering clear communication, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. The associate will also assist in financial processes, contributing to PrimeWealth's mission of offering transparent and client-centered financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Atleast 4 year of work experience in a wealth manangement firm.
• Strong expertise in Client Services, Customer Support, and Customer Service
• Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Basic knowledge or experience in Finance, with an understanding of financial planning or asset management being advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and develop solutions to meet client needs
• Proficiency in problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in client-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory
