Role & Responsibility :
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to support our after-sales operations and service team. This back-office role serves as a key point of contact to our customers from a specific region, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and delivering exceptional post-sales support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple administrative and customer-facing tasks efficiently.
Main responsibilities as under :
Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries related to after-sales spare parts, maintenance and services
Coordinate service engineer schedules and maintenance activities
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups via email or system
Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution
Prepare and manage service & material quotes, purchase orders (POs), and invoices
Track service jobs, warranty cases, and preventive maintenance tasks
Liaise with internal departments (technical, logistics, sales)
Support colleagues in their daily activities, share workload and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Desired Candidate :
Educational background in business administration, customer service, engineering, or a related field (degree or diploma preferred) or proven expertise
Experience in customer service, service coordination, or back-office roles, Ability to Work Under Pressure
Mastering with IT systems, ERP, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Fluent in English and Hindi
