About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Presales Consultant with deep domain expertise in Transaction Banking, Corporate Internet Banking, and Wholesale Banking. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in solution positioning, client engagement, and driving product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to help win strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities
Domain Expertise :
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Transaction Banking and Corporate Internet Banking
In-depth knowledge of banking products such as :
Basic Banking ServicesPayments and CollectionsTrade Finance ServicesFinancial Supply Chain SolutionsCash Management and Treasury SolutionsStrong understanding of European banking regulations (SEPA, PSD2, ISO20022, etc.)Presales & SolutioningOwn and lead client presentations, demos, and POCs to highlight product capabilities and business valueCollaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling sales pitches and solution storiesInterpret client requirements and tailor solutions accordinglyRespond to RFIs / RFPs with high-quality documentation and strategic alignmentProvide competitive intelligence and product enhancement feedback to the product teamClient Engagement :
Engage with global customers (Europe, Southeast Asia, US)Understand customer pain points and propose relevant solutionsAssist in value proposition creation and market segmentation strategiesLeadership & Collaboration :
Inspire and guide presales and solutioning teamsWork closely with delivery and technology teams for solution alignmentEnsure highest technical scores during client evaluationsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Ownership of demo and POC deliveryAlignment of solutions to client requirementsHigh-quality, timely RFI / RFP submissionsMarket insights shared with product teamClient satisfaction during presales engagementContribution to sales closure and revenue growthRequired Skills
