We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant / Lead / Manager with strong expertise in Database Management, Cloud, or Middleware technologies.
The ideal candidate will partner with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and position our offerings effectively.
This role requires a mix of technical acumen, consultative skills, and business communication expertise to influence client decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and solution demonstrations for prospects and clients.
- Design end-to-end architecture solutions across database management, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), and middleware technologies.
- Prepare and deliver RFP / RFI responses, solution proposals, and technical presentations.
- Work closely with product, delivery, and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
- Provide competitive analysis and articulate the value proposition of the proposed solution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor junior presales team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture roles.Strong expertise in at least one domain : Database Management, Cloud Platforms, or Middleware.Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and customer-facing technical engagements.Hands-on exposure to modern databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), middleware technologies (WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere, etc.), and / or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Strong understanding of integration patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to prepare compelling proposals, solution documents, and client presentations.Familiarity with enterprise IT landscapes, security considerations, and compliance requirements.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Certifications in Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Databases (Oracle, Microsoft, MongoDB), or Middleware.Prior experience in leading presales teams or managing client-facing solutioning engagements.Exposure to large-scale enterprise solution deployments across multiple industries.What We Offer :
