About the Role :

We’re looking for a proactive Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters for our US shift teams
• Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and employee counseling in a timely and professional manner
• Support performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance
• Conduct employee engagement activities and drive initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management
• Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement employee relations strategies
