Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Engagement Specialist with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End to End recruitment for IT Positions across various technologies.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Referrals and networking)
- Manage Employee Onboarding, Documentation and orientation process.
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement and retention.
- Handle Employee relations, grievances and conflict resolution in alignment with companies policies.
Key Skill & Qualification
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate recruitment Challenge
Exp : - 1 to 4 years
Locations : - Hyderabad
Immediate Joiners are Highly Considered
Shift Timings : 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (Night Shift)
