Job description

Role : Sales Manager-Freight Forwarding

Key responsibilities

Develop & maintain strong customer relationships.
Drive sales for Ocean & Air Freight (LCL / FCL, Imports & Exports).
Focus on acquiring and managing direct exporters & importers.
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
Lead solution-based selling, client negotiations & market expansion.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven track record in Freight Forwarding Sales (Air & Sea).

Strong communication, negotiation & result-oriented approach.

Leadership skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

Experience required : total work experience 4 years, sales experience minimum 2 years in freight forwarding

salary : 4.20L to 4.80L PA
