Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand Haloocoms market presence. The role involves achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to Haloocoms strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for AI / Voice BOT and communication solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Technical) to ensure alignment on client solutions and delivery.
- Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- Represent Haloocom at industry events, client meetings, and product demos.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives to achieve team goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.Experience in market research, sales strategy, and B2B solution selling.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Preferred : Experience in the Tech / SaaS / Communication / AI Voice BOT industry.(ref : iimjobs.com)
