Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners to promote Kotak Life Insurance products.
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for banking staff to enhance their understanding of Kotak Life Insurance offerings.
- Assist customers in understanding their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in sales or insurance industry, preferably in the banca channel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with banking partners and customers.Knowledge of life insurance products and services.Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Skills Required
