Network Lead

Position : Lead Network Manager

Reports to : CTO, Thermax Limited

Role in short :

The Lead Network Manager will design, build, and maintain company networks across all Thermax locations. This includes managing a team , working with vendors , ensuring network security , and supporting business operations .

Key Responsibilities (Highlights)

• Network Design & Implementation : Build scalable, secure networks for factories & offices.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and review network engineers / admins (in-house & outsourced).
• Vendor Management : Work with OEMs, AMC partners, and communication providers .
• Network Maintenance & Support : Monitor, troubleshoot, upgrade, and secure networks.
• Collaboration : Partner with IT Infra, Admin, vendors, stakeholders .
• Project Management : Deliver network projects on time & budget.
• Network Security : Apply protocols, audits, risk mitigation, incident handling .
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain network diagrams, configs, reports .
