Direct Reports : Commerce Support and Listing Lead (for now)
Primary Role : Full ownership of online business performance across marketplaces. Responsible for driving revenue, platform growth, pricing strategy, and execution of e-commerce campaigns (eventually).
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue & Performance Ownership :
Lead and manage e-commerce sales performance across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Platform Relationship Management :
Build strong relationships with account managers and platform representatives to drive visibility, support during campaigns, and resolve escalations efficiently.
Pricing, Strategy & Promotions :
Own pricing strategy, discounting logic, deal participation, and execution of platform-led promotions in coordination with brand and finance teams.
Sales Analytics & Reporting :
Track product-wise performance, conversion rates, ROIs on ad spends, and category share. Present clear MIS reports to the Head of Operations and Brand leadership.
Cross-Functional Coordination :
Product Onboarding & Launches :
Coordinate with listing ops and design teams to ensure the timely launch of new SKUs with correct catalog content, imagery, and compliance.
