Consultant should be 80% functional and 20% technical , should be able to do below activitiesindependently.Support biweekly payroll run.Ability to Handle day to day tickets using HRHD / JIRA promptly.Technical / Functional skills Familiar with PeopleSoft Absence module (Functional), PS query, SQL,comfortable working with mass data for analysis during payroll week.Should have good in troubleshooting the production issues.Should be able to do requirement gathering collaborating with business users.Should be able to be configuring PeopleSoft absence / new configuration based on business requirement.Should be able to do Testing by Creating and executing test cases to validate configuration andcustomizations, ensuring they meet business needs and are error free.Documenting functional designs, business requirement document, configuration, and processes forfuture reference and training purpose.Ability to work effectively as a part of a team.Good to have knowledge with Application engine, peopelcode, Component interface, SQR Will beadditional advantage.Skills Required
