Role Purpose :
- The Dynamics 365 Application Support Specialist is responsible to maintain, manage and Support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- The candidate must have strong experience working in a Global Enterprise environment as well as Supporting large scale MS Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
Dynamics 365 Application Support Specialist is responsible for :
Collaborating with Functional Consultants, Service delivery teams and Stakeholders across the organization to ensure SLA is met and solutions are provided to meet end user needsAdvanced Functional Knowledge in SCM & Finance, whilst also able to provide hands on Support across several of the following D365 F&O modules :Accounts PayableAccounts ReceivableCost ManagementCredit and CollectionsGeneral LedgerHuman Resources (Organisational Hierarchies / Workflow Management)Inventory ManagementWarehouse Management (WMS)Master planningOrganisation AdministrationRetail and CommerceSales and MarketingProcurement and SourcingSystem AdministrationPrint ManagementNumber sequencesLog, manage, and resolve customer incidents and requests in line with the defined SLAsAssist Functional Consultants in various Business units with workflow configuration, testing and moving this to the live environment - AP, AR, Procurement and Sourcing, GL, HR.Assist with Batch job Configuration and error resolution for certain Supply Chain and Finance functions - for example, Automatic release to the Warehouse, Post Packing slip and invoices etc.Configure and customize fields, forms, workflows, security settings and roles within Dynamics 365 F&OAssist with Functional testing for Code releases or after an environment upgradeQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
The Microsoft 365 Consultant should have :
An IT professional with 5-8 years' experience in ERP Support4 years of strong Functional experience in D365 F&O - Primarily Supply Chain Management (SCM)Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical, interpersonal & communication skillsKnowledge of PL / SQL and excelAbility to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment with focus on colleague satisfactionFlexibility to work in shifts to meet business needsKnowledge of ITIL is a plusKey words :
