Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Application Developer with 3-5 years of total experience, including a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on technical expertise in PeopleSoft Core HR and NA Payroll. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in SQR development, a key component of the role, and possess strong skills in SQL, Application Engine, and PeopleTools. This position requires a flexible individual who can work US shift hours to support clients effectively and deliver quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications within the HCM and NA Payroll modules using PeopleTools, SQL, and Application Engine.
• Take ownership of SQR development and maintenance projects, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and well-documented.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams to quickly understand project standards, requirements, and deliverables.
• Work in US shift hours to provide direct support to clients and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills to interact with stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
