D365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and deliver enterprise-wide Business Central ERP solutions. The consultant will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that functional requirements are translated into effective technical solutions. Expertise in Project Accounting and experience working with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) customers will be highly valued.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the full lifecycle implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Understand and document business needs; develop functional and technical specifications.
• Customize modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, and Project Accounting.
• Implement Project Accounting functions : budgeting, cost tracking, resource allocation, and billing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Develop extensions and integrations using AL and related tools.
• Provide functional and technical support post-implementation.
• Facilitate training, testing, and change management processes.
• Work in cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Recommend ongoing improvements and optimizations.
