Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in SaaS and web solution services. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-value digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads for SaaS and web solution services
- Conduct client research, outreach, and appointment setting to generate new business pipelines
- Understand client business needs and pitch appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demos and explain solution benefits clearly
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to prepare proposals and solution presentations Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
- Manage client communication, expectations, and follow-ups to ensure conversion Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and prepare weekly / monthly reports Build and nurture relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Required Skillsets :
1-3 years of experience in selling SaaS, CRM, or digital / web solution services Strong understanding of CRM and automation concepts Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to understand client pain points and propose suitable solutionsHands-on experience managing sales pipelines and CRM toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about technology-led business transformation Master's / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field HubSpot or CRM sales experience is an added advantage(ref : iimjobs.com)
