Brand Manager

to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping, enhancing, and managing the brand identity of Juniors Group of Companies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, a keen understanding of branding principles, and the ability to drive consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Development :

Assist in creating and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand presence.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Marketing Campaigns :

Plan, execute, and analyze branding campaigns that align with the company’s vision.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, including print, digital, and social media assets.

Event Management :

Coordinate and oversee branding activities during events, especially Junior’s Fashion Week.

Work closely with event teams to ensure seamless integration of brand elements.

Research and Analysis :

Conduct market research to understand customer perceptions and industry trends.

Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve brand positioning.

Collaboration :

Liaise with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to ensure a cohesive brand narrative.

Build relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies and media partners.
