We are hiring Branding Manager for one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of Incense Sticks, Incense Cones and Dhoop Sticks, , Aroma oils, Essential oils across the world. It is ranked high amongst top manufacturers in the branded segment of incense companies in India.
JOB ROLE :
The Branding Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand strategies across domestic (India), international (USA), and export markets. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong grasp of performance marketing, content creation, digital platforms, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement across all touchpoints.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Domestic Market – India
Performance Marketing Content :
Develop and manage content calendars
Review creatives and supervise uploads
Manage DMs and comments across platforms
Paid Ads Coordination :
Liaise with internal teams and agencies for India-specific paid campaigns
Public Relations :
Draft press releases and ensure consistent media visibility throughout the year
Website & Shopify Management :
Oversee content updates, banners, and hygiene
Route customer queries and emails to relevant departments
Email Marketing :
Plan and execute D2C email campaigns
WhatsApp Promotions :
Coordinate GoKwik creative execution and campaign rollouts
Reporting & Analysis :
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Internal Communications :
Conduct and participate in agency and internal meetings
International Market – USA
Social Media & Performance Marketing :
Create and manage content calendars
Oversee content creation and posting for both organic and paid campaigns
Website Management :
Maintain website banners and hygiene
Track and respond to customer messages and queries
Conduct inventory hygiene checks
Reporting :
Generate weekly D2C performance reports
Export Market
Social Media Management :
Manage content and posting for Sacred Elements and Export-specific pages
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
5–8 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or related roles
Strong understanding of D2C marketing, Shopify, and performance marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Canva, etc.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies across geographies
Strong analytical mindset with a flair for reporting and insights.
