We are seeking an experienced
Brand Promotion & Marketing Manager
to lead strategic marketing initiatives for our manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in
brand building, dealer / distributor engagement, ATL & BTL campaigns, and organizing exhibitions / events .
Key Responsibilities
Brand Promotion & Marketing
Develop and execute
brand promotion strategies
to strengthen market presence.
Plan and implement
ATL & BTL activities , including print, outdoor, digital, and on-ground campaigns.
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing with business growth objectives.
Dealer / Distributor Engagement
Organize
Dealer Meets, Conferences, and Training Sessions
across regions.
Design
incentive schemes and promotional activities
to increase dealer loyalty and sales.
Build strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
Exhibitions & Events
Plan and execute participation in
domestic & international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events .
Manage
stall design, branding, and on-ground promotions .
Ensure maximum brand visibility and lead generation during events.
Market Research & Business Development Support
Conduct
market surveys, competitor analysis, and customer feedback studies .
Identify new market opportunities and provide inputs to the sales team.
Track ROI of marketing campaigns and optimize spend.
Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in
Brand Promotion & Marketing in a Manufacturing Industry .
Hands-on experience in
Dealer / Distributor Meets, Event Management, and Exhibitions .
Strong understanding of
ATL & BTL campaigns .
Excellent
communication, networking, and project management skills .
Creative thinker with proven ability to enhance
brand visibility & market share .
Budget up to 12 lacs p.a.
