Inside Sales - Business Development Manager (AI Platform & Solutions)

About the Role :
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales - Business Development executive, preferred based in Hyderabad with proven experience in lead generation and sales development for AI platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, digitally savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, B2B technology environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Identify and nurture potential customers in industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, Public Sector, and Retail.
- Work closely with technical pre-sales teams to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections, and schedule meetings for the leadership / sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on weekly / monthly KPIs.
- Stay updated on trends in AI, Data Analytics, and emerging Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development for AI / SaaS / IT platforms.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and understanding of AI / ML or cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Must to Have - Experience working with European / UK clients.
Nice to Have :
Understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act, or compliance-driven selling is a plus.Previous exposure to platforms like ServiceNow, SAP, or custom AI solutions.What We Offer :
