About the Role - We are looking for a Tech Lead / Head with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of the technical, architectural, and delivery aspects of our SaaS platform. In this role, you will act as the product architect, team lead, and project manager, ensuring seamless execution of client implementations, guiding the team, and shaping the product's future.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a dynamic individual who can seamlessly transition between strategic planning and diving deep into technical challenges. As a core leader in our startup, you will directly impact the growth and success of our product and team

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Architecture & Strategy :

• Evaluate and guide Product Architecture decisions like monolith vs. microservices architecture etc
• Design scalable, multi-tenant architecture to support enterprise-grade clients.
• Implement best practices for product security, scalability, and cloud optimization.
• Collaborate with external experts / vendors when necessary to finalize critical architectural or cloud-related tasks.
