Chief Technical Architect - MERN Stack

About the Role :

Were seeking a visionary Chief Technical Architect who is not just a tech leader but a hands-on innovator. This is a rare opportunity to architect, design, and influence the future of an AI-powered fintech platform for a US-based global product company.

Youll work closely with leadership, product owners, and engineering teams to define the technical roadmap, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

We want a champion of the industry who thrives on doing things differently, loves coding, and has a proven track record of building transformative Responsibilities :

• Lead architecture design for MERN Stack (Node.js, React.js, MongoDB) applications with TypeScript
• Drive GenAI & Agent Framework adoption into core product capabilities
• Define and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and performance best practices
• Collaborate with product leadership to align technical vision with business goals
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to scale technical excellence
• Own system design for microservices, serverless computing, and cloud-native deployments (AWS)
• Oversee integration with external systems, APIs, and advanced AI components
• Anticipate future technology trends and integrate them into the product Skills & Qualifications :
• 12+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in architecture leadership
• Expert in Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, TypeScript
• Proven experience in GenAI, Agent Frameworks, or AI-driven systems
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud-native design, and serverless computing
• Deep understanding of system scalability, performance optimization, and security
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and inspire teams
• B.Tech / M.Tech in CS, IT, or related to Have :
• Prior experience in fintech or large-scale SaaS products
• Exposure to GraphQL, Next.js, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with DevOps culture and CI / CD best Join Us ?
