Lead Engineer - Full Stack Development

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and lead the development of scalable, secure, and performant systems on our cloud-based SaaS platform
• Oversee full-stack development using Node.js, React, and Postgres
• Define infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and CI / CD best practices
• Maintain secure authentication and authorization frameworks (Auth0, SOC-2 readiness)
• Design and implement BYOK encryption
• Lead data integration with Airbyte and build ETL pipelines
• Own deployment, monitoring, and fault tolerance architecture using NATS
• Ensure high-quality releases through automation and testing
• Collaborate with product, data science, and sustainability teams
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical decision-making
