As a Lead FullStack Engineer, you will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. You’ll work across the stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Tasks :

Lead the design and development of full stack applications using Java , TypeScript , JavaScript , Angular or React

Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices

Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

Drive adoption of CI / CD , microservices , and cloud-native practices

Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews

Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

Professional Requirements and Expertise :

6+ years of experience in full stack development

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Java , TypeScript , JavaScript , Angular or React

Experience with CI / CD , microservices , and cloud platforms

Good to have : Familiarity with Docker , AWS , SQL / NoSQL , and AI / ML integration
