We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Lead to architect, design, and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript, Progressive Web Applications (PWA), and RESTful API development, along with the ability to lead development efforts and mentor junior engineers. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, architectural vision, and hands-on coding expertise in a modern JavaScript Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, Node.js).
- Architect scalable, modular, and reusable front-end and back-end components.
- Develop and optimize Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) for enhanced performance and offline capabilities.
- Implement secure, efficient, and well-documented RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and CI / CD best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Mentor and guide team members in technical best Skills & Qualifications :
- 4 to 6 years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development with a focus on ReactJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on experience in PWA development with service workers, caching strategies, and responsive design principles.
- Expertise in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application design.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git / GitHub / GitLab) and collaborative Skills :
- Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, RDS, etc.
- Hands-on experience in CI / CD pipeline setup using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to microservices architecture and serverless computing.
- Familiarity with MongoDB Atlas and database performance Environment :
- AWS Cloud Environment with automated CI / CD pipeline integration.
- Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows
