Role & responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Manage HR and Admin teams with clear instructions.
- Record Management : Maintain employee records and system documentation.
- Annual Returns & Compliance : Ensure adherence to labor laws like the Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Contract Labor Act, & so on.
- Employee Welfare : Oversee employee health, safety, and welfare initiatives.
- Engagement Activities : Organize employee engagement programs and events.
- Recruitment Process : Identify staffing needs, screen profiles, and schedule interviews.
- Onboarding : Conduct induction and orientation for new hires.
- Compensation Planning : Develop competitive employee compensation packages.
- Payroll & Attendance : Manage leave, attendance, and payroll processes.
- Statutory Compliance : Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Gratuity regulations.
- Performance Management : Monitor and enhance employee performance.
- HRMS Handling : Administer and manage the Keka HRMS portal effectively.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent English communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Working knowledge of Keka HRMS Portal is mandatory
Confident and Presentable
Quick learner and self-starter
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
