Primary roles and Responsibilities : - HR
Oversee the Recruitment of Right Talent and Retains them effectively.
Identify and Manage Training and Development needs of the employees.
Oversee performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
To have Succession planning for all levels throughout the organization.
Utilizing ZOHO People for tracking employee information, performance, and other HR functions
Ensure statutory compliance on all matters related to HR.
Address Employee grievance issue promptly and take Disciplinary action wherever required.
Promoting a positive work environment that supports the organization's mission and values.
