What You'll Do
- Research and target enterprise prospects in the B2B SaaS space.
- Run multi-channel outreach (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, social).
- Use AI + automation tools to personalize, scale, and optimize campaigns.
- Design and test growth hacks to uncover warm leads.
- Book qualified meetings with enterprise decision-makers.
- Keep CRM data clean and report on pipeline metrics.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years in Sales Development / Business Development within B2B SaaS (Enterprise strongly preferred).Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment.Familiar with sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, etc.).Comfortable with AI + automation tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Clay, PhantomBuster, etc.).Strong communication skills — able to engage executive-level stakeholders.Growth mindset : creative, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting.Why Join Affluense
