Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Sales Manager in Real Estate at Housez24. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients and developers. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing regular reports on sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in sales management, leading a sales team, and developing sales strategies
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and developers
Knowledge of the real estate market in Thane and surrounding areas
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
