We are seeking a driven and sophisticated Luxury Real Estate Sales to join our team in Andheri. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling high-end residential properties, an established network of HNIs and investors, and a deep understanding of Mumbai’s luxury real estate landscape.
Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Work closely with ultra HNIs, NRIs, and corporate executives to understand their residential needs and lifestyle preferences.
- Sales Execution : Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours of luxury apartments, penthouses, and villas in premium projects.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Lead Conversion : Handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive conversions from enquiry to closure.
- Negotiation & Closure : Lead negotiations with buyers and developers, ensuring transparent, smooth, and timely deal closures.
- Market Analysis : Stay updated with current property trends, pricing, new launches, and investment opportunities in Andheri and neighboring prime areas.
- Post-Sales Service : Provide end-to-end support including documentation, home loans, legal liaison, and handovers.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred : Business, Marketing, or Real Estate)Experience : Minimum 10 years in luxury sales, preferably in luxury or premium residential segmentSkills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSales negotiation and closing abilitiesStrong client servicing mindsetGood network with HNI or Ultra HNI clientsProficiency in CRM tools and MS OfficeLanguage : English fluency is a must; Hindi and Marathi preferredInterested Candidate please share resume at pooja.j@ajmera.com
