Assistant General Manager - Sales (7-15 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to directly drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. This is an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end sales execution.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial real estate space.
- Independently manage the sales lifecycle - from pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals using FlipSpaces' technology platform and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets as set by management.
- Track, report, and forecast sales activities using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Work Experience
5+ years of experience in B2B sales / real estate solutions / interior design solutions / corporate sales.Proven track record of independently closing high-value deals.Experience in working with channel partners and corporate clients preferred.Functional Knowledge & Technical Ability
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead lifecycle management, and deal structuring.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools.Behavioural Characteristics :
