Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Leader(Hyderabad)

Job descriptionLead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles. Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team. Source candidates proactively using platforms like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job boards . Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements. Drive employer branding initiatives to position QAAgility as an employer of choice. Maintain and optimize the use of ATS and recruitment tools. Track and report key recruitment metrics and KPIs. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in sourcing through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter , and other platforms. Strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage candidates effectively. Experience in setting up recruitment processes and building teams from scratch. Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to work from the Hyderabad office . A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Opportunity to shape the talent strategy of a growing tech company.
