Lead recruitment efforts - business across all levels (tech and non-tech); hands on hiring approach, stakeholder management, ensure high touch recruitment cycle, Create and implement effective passive candidate generation, market intelligence for tech and non-tech hiring

Job Summary :

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy for client Hyderabad Center . This role involves partnering with hiring leaders to meet talent needs, building robust candidate pipelines, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand business talent requirements and develop effective search plans to fill open positions and build candidate pipelines.
  • Opportunistic Sourcing : Proactively source and engage passive candidates through creative and effective approaches to attract best-fit talent and build talent communities.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development : Create and maintain a pipeline of prequalified candidates for current and future roles to reduce time-to-fill and reliance on external agencies.
  • Market Analysis & Research : Conduct market analysis and industry research to inform sourcing strategies and provide hiring managers with relevant market insights.
  • Documentation & Tracking : Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all candidates, searches, and recruiting activities, while tracking sourcing efforts and communicating updates to hiring managers.
  • Program Expertise : Provide expertise and support to Talent Acquisition programs, including university relations, diversity recruiting, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction.

Required Candidate profile :

  • Social media recruitment , exp in US MNCs will be an asset , multiple recruitment techniques , financial services experience- plus , creative , team player , BU stakeholder management
  • 8-12 years exp as recruiter in MNC handing tech hiring with a stable career.
