Job Description
Kretoss Technology is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour (PPH), with the ability to generate leads, convert them into clients, and manage project communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, bid, and close deals on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, Freelancer, etc.
Generate high-quality leads and convert them into successful projects.
Write compelling proposals and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare estimates, timelines, and project plans.
Maintain regular communication with clients during pre- and post-sales.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the development team.
Manage client expectations, feedback, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a BDE or similar role in IT services.
Hands-on experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, Freelancer, etc.).
Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Good understanding of web, mobile app, and software development services.
Good to have : Experience in client handling, project communication, and project management.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of CRM tools
Experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation or cold outreach.
