We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to join our dynamic team. The Sr. BDE will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new opportunities in the US, European, and Australian markets. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales, digital marketing, and SEO-selling, along with exceptional communication and networking skills. This role requires direct engagement with C-level executives, utilizing various sales strategies to achieve successful sales closures.

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to generate leads and convert them into profitable business relationships.
• Leverage expertise in digital marketing and SEO-selling to promote our services and solutions.
• Establish direct contact with C-level executives, fostering relationships through effective communication.
• Utilize cold calling, LinkedIn marketing, personalized emailing, and other methods to engage prospects.
• Organize and lead meetings with top management teams of potential clients, showcasing our value proposition and ensuring successful sales closures.
• Expand our business footprint in the US, European, and Australian markets aligning shift timings accordingly.
• Oversee a team of Jr.BDE and telecallers to achieve collective sales targets and objectives.
• Open to travel and can represent company at various trade shows and conferences globally.
