Warehouse Manager

Skill :

• CFS Operations : Involved in core operations team,
• Hands-on experience in Import and Export process, Verifying documents for clearance of cargo / containers from CFS, Daily reporting to customers and various stake holders involved, Follow-up with shipping lines for job order,
• Transport allocations, Customer interaction.Bond / Domestic Warehousing : Inventory management, Space management, optimum utilization of warehouse space, customer follow-ups for timely payments,
• Handling sales for warehousing space as per customers demand. Business Process optimization : Creation Implementation of detailed process documentation to standardize general operation.
• Cost Control : Monitoring the Operational costs and admin costs, Reducing the excess fuel consumptions in MHEs and controlled fuel dispenses,
• Implementing deployment plan of MHEs based on daily work and on basis dispensing fuel,
• Monitoring daily electrical usage and analyzing it with past trends. Business analytics : MIS reports, Business performance reports, Business profitability reports, market research, data compilation.
• Information Technology services : Process optimization by recommending process automation IT solutions, participate in acceptance and implementation testing during introduction of new software systems, Manual reports automation through existing softwares.
• Operation Management : Assist operation, maintenance and administration team
• Having good interpersonal skills and zeal to learn new things.
