Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities :

• Warehouse Operations Management : Maintain and take responsibility for the efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Inventory Transaction & Accuracy : Ensure all inventory transactions (inward and outward) are completed accurately and within established timelines, maintaining high stock accuracy.
• Inventory Control & Discrepancy Resolution : Conduct regular inventory counts, assist in verifying stock discrepancies, and ensure the security and accountability of all materials and goods.
• Documentation & Record Keeping : Ensure timely and accurate filing of all warehouse-related documents. Maintain inward registers and stock ledgers for all raw materials, solvents, and packing materials.
• Warehouse Organization & Layout : Organize the layout of the warehouse to ensure effective utilization of space and efficient flow of goods.
• Material Storage : Oversee the proper storage of raw materials, solvents, and packing materials as per their specific storage conditions and safety guidelines.
• SOP Compliance : Maintain all warehouse Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) related formats and records, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Receiving & Dispatch : Manage the receiving process for raw materials, solvents, and packing materials. Prepare dispatch and excise-related documents, and handle other necessary communications.
• Returns & Rejections : Handle Returned Goods and Rejected Materials strictly as per defined procedures.
• Safety & Maintenance : Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse. Oversee the proper and safe functioning of all warehouse tools, facilities, and equipment.
