Program Manager-Data Warehouse Development -Mumbai(Thane)

Job descriptionCommunication Management Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership. Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and executive reports. Manage stakeholder expectations and address potential risks proactively. Governance, Quality, and Compliance Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are adhered to across projects. Monitor data quality, lineage, and consistency in collaboration with data stewards. Drive standardization and best practices in ETL and analytics processes. Team Leadership & Vendor Management Lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, ETL developers, analysts, and vendors. Manage relationships with third-party solution providers and consultants. Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and training for project teams. Domain Understanding General Insurance or any insurance domain
Key Skills & Competencies :
- Strong program / project management skills (preferably PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum certified).
- Experience with Data Warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Teradata) and ETL Tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage) .
- Proficiency in BI & Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, etc.).
- Familiarity with Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks .
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or ETL programs , with at least 3–5 years in a program / project management role .
- Experience in large-scale data platform implementations and BI reporting projects .
- Timely delivery of data and analytics projects within scope and budget.
- High stakeholder satisfaction with analytics outputs and reporting.
- Improved data quality, consistency, and adoption of BI dashboards.
- Efficient utilization of resources and adherence to data governance standard
