Talent Acquisition Intern
Duration : Full-time, 3-6 months
Location : Remote
Stipend : 10-15K Fixed (Based on your experience and interview) + Variable incentives

We are looking to add an experienced Talent Acquisition Intern in our TA team to close hiring positions
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening profiles, coordinating between clients, candidates and consultants along with maintaining good client relations

Key Responsibilities :
- Regular job posting for hiring requirements on LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM jobs and other platforms to get quality and relevant candidates
- Sourcing profiles from LinkedIn, Naukri ResDex, IIMJobs etc
- Screening candidates resumes
- Scheduling screening interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Evaluating shortlisted candidates having relevant experience
- Sharing profiles with the client
- Client Relations and coordination to build strong relationships
Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (candidates having only HR experience are not eligible)Fresh Graduates or Post Graduates with 6 months of TA experience those who are looking for a full-time internship / job (Candidate must be available full-time to join, students currently pursuing college are not eligible)Experienced in sourcing, screening quality profiles from LinkedIn and job portals like Naukri and IIM JobsExcellent communication skills (Mandatory)Looking for a full-time 3-6 months internship and a full-time opportunity post internship periodEntrepreneurial and hustler mindsetFast learnerGrowth mindsetIndividual contribution and team playerPassionate about working in a startupCompensation :
