Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern located in West Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with hiring processes. The intern will also be involved in employer branding activities and supporting the recruiting team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Experience or willingness to learn Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Interest in Employer Branding and improving candidate experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both remotely and in West Delhi
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
