We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our team, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. This role offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, employer branding initiatives, and candidate engagement strategies. You will work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to support our growth by helping attract, assess, and onboard top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and schedule interviews.
- Support the coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in drafting job postings and ensuring they are visible on relevant platforms.
- Participate in employer branding activities to enhance our talent pipeline.
- Support pre-onboarding and documentation processes for selected candidates.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Qualifications & Skills :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.Prior experience using Naukri, Monster, and ATS tools like Bullhorn etc.Skills Required
