Position : Learning & Development Team Leader & Facilitator
- Responsible for behavioral & leadership training up to middle management, with added program and administrative support.
- Brings 12–14 years experience (8–10 as trainer) in soft skills, leadership development, TNA, and impact assessment.
- Skilled in leadership, communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management, with strong English, MS Office / G-Suite expertise, and flexibility for evening shifts & travel.
