Role Overview :
- As the City Head, you will be responsible for end-to-end business operations and performance in your designated city. You will own revenue targets, drive customer acquisition, build local partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver consistent growth.
- This is a strategic + operational role ideal for a high energy leader with a deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem and strong execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Business & Revenue Ownership Own P&L, revenue targets, and overall performance for the city Build & execute GTM strategies to scale business operations Identify new business opportunities and key growth leversSales & Client Acquisition Drive mandate acquisition from developers / builders Build a strong channel partner network and drive property closuresDevelop key accounts across HNIs, investors, and brokersTeam Leadership Hire, train, and manage high-performing sales & ops teams Set clear KPIs and track team performance against goals Lead from the front and foster a performance-driven cultureMarket Intelligence Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, launches, and competition Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvementStakeholder Management Build long-term relationships with developers, channel partners, and investors Coordinate with central marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignmentRequirements :
15 years of experience in PropTech, real estate, or B2B salesProven track record of managing revenue and leading teamsStrong local market knowledge and network within real estate ecosystemExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentGraduation required; MBA preferred(ref : iimjobs.com)
