Role Overview :
As the City Business Head, you are the CEO of your city owning end to end P&L, investment wallet growth, team & channel performance.This is a hands-on, field-first role focused on direct customer acquisition, partner development (IFAs / DSAs / MFDs / wealth advisors), team building, and process-driven execution.What Great Looks Like (KPIs you'll be measured on).FD Volume (- ) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening / renewals.Bond Volume (- ) & #Bonds booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening / renewals.Mutual Fund Volume (- ) & #MFs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening / retention.Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation / error rate.Active & productive partners, partner activation to productivity ramp.Team productivity per rep, activity / visit metrics, adherence to beats.CAC & city unit economics, marketing ROI, incentive efficiency.Customer NPS.Must-Have Qualifications :
5+ years in City / Branch-level Sales / BD in Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you're applying for).Proven direct sales to retail / affluent customers and channel sales via IFAs / DSAs / partners.Managed a 5-10 member field team for - 2 years with hard targets and reviews.Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).Fluency in English + local language.Skills & Traits We Value :
