Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Kochi. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop operational policies. Responsibilities also include budgeting, financial reporting, and working closely with stakeholders to meet the company's strategic goals. The role requires strong leadership skills, decision-making capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience :

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the tourism industry.

Strong business acumen with a focus on performance and results.

Excellent people management and communication skills.

A passion for travel and creating memorable customer experiences
