Plant Head - General Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and result-oriented professional to lead our manufacturing operations at GB Solar. As Plant Head – General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of plant management — driving operational excellence, ensuring cost-efficient production, and taking full ownership of P&L performance. This leadership role is central to optimizing productivity, safety, and quality while aligning operational goals with the company’s strategic vision.

Lead end-to-end plant operations, production planning, and resource management.

Drive operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Manage plant P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics to meet business objectives.

Foster cross-functional collaboration between manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams.

Build a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation across all levels.

10 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations or plant leadership.

Experience in Solar / Renewable / Manufacturing industry preferred.
