The Sr HR Reporting and Analytics is responsible for the design of the analytics strategy, delivering of strategic insights and the required tools to build business intelligence related to people and organizational matters. The role will be responsible for deliverable within ad hoc, custom & standard reporting and bring our dashboards to the next level. The role will lead initiatives to improve the efficient delivery of dashboard and analysis . Create and maintain high data quality in larger and more detailed analytic reports. As the organization evolves your responsibilities will also include building HR analytics capabilities to strengthen support for people decision making.
This position provides an insight obtained to the HR leadership for strategy and action planning to address undesired trends. Direct interaction within the region / function / BU in facilitating the alignment of BU Data / Reporting needs.
Key Strategic responsibilities include
1. Contribute to the definition and execution of a compelling people analytics vision and development of a roadmap aligned with the HR and business strategy.
2. Lead the creation and development of impactful dashboards, reports, and predictive models that translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations and explore generative AI tools to automate reporting, enhance narrative storytelling, and scale insights delivery.
3. Independently conducts complex analysis requiring a deep understanding of performance variables, data management, measurement and / or analytics, data design principles, concept, and practices.
4. Builds standardized dashboards and reports to meet business requirements while maintaining a focus on efficiency and repeatability across Functions / BUs.
5. Create and maintain reporting reflecting our current standards report deliverable e.g. HR report, Manager- and HR dashboard reports etc.
6. Conduct clean ups within our reports (custom, scheduled, dashboards etc.)
7. Support on ad hoc reporting globally to Talent, C&B and Recruiting etc.
8. Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provides insights to the organization.
9.Build trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders to understand their strategic priorities, challenges, and data needs and translate insights into compelling, data-driven narratives to inform and inspire action.
10. Foster a climate of cross-functional collaboration across teams, driving alignment and shared ownership of analytics outcomes.
11. Empower HR business partners and people leaders through training, toolkits, and self-service analytics to enhance data literacy and foster a data-driven culture.
12. Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business.
13. Works with HR Leadership (COE, HRBPs, HR Ops)to execute projects to enhance / mature analytical capabilities.

Working Hours – UK time zone to support the US, Europe & LatAm markets. During specific periods, the candidate must be flexible to work up to 1 : 00 PM CT
